Scott's hernia surgery went well.  He was up and about that afternoon.  The only hiccup came at the very end.  Nurse, "You have your post op appointment schedule for 10 days from now.  See you then."  Me, "Ummmm... come again...

In less than 24 hours I am going to be promoted to Captain of the Chief for one month.  This is a fairly big promotion.  I'd be lying if I didn't say I'm a little nervous. Normally I'm the Navigator....
