As we wait {drumming fingers wildly on the table}, we decided to take advantage of our time with family. We planned a day trip to Santa’s Village in Jefferson, NH.
We all had a great time. It was a busy day. I’m still surprised Mom didn’t get her 10,000 steps in because we were moving from 10:00 to 18:00. We went on the terrifying ferris wheel (hate those things… death traps), the antique cars and Grandmom accidentally got con’ed into getting on a twirley ride. Not good – she takes dizzy medication. Not a smart move.
We had a picnic in the park. Then we were on the last ride of the roller coaster. Instead of going around once, they let us go around a record 6 times (which doesn’t sound like much but it was oddly very exciting – even for the adults). Best of all, one of Evie’s favorite people was with us… little Leo. She adores him.
